+ Create an E-MAIL account (you can SKIP this if you have one)

 a.) To register for GMAIL ACCOUNT click CREATE ACCOUNT. or
b.) To register for YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
+ Create a PAYMENT PROCESSOR account

 a.) To create your PAYPAL ACCOUNT choose PERSONAL, then click GET STARTED.


 NOTE: uncheck LINK MY CREDIT CARD... click AGREE AND CREATE ACCOUNT.


 NOTE: PAYPAL will send you a VALIDATION LINK on your E-MAIL ACCOUNT. Just click on that link to fully set up your PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

 b.) To Register for PAYZA ACCOUNT click SIGN-UP NOW.





+ OPEN A UNION BANK EON DEBIT CARD
(For PHILIPPINE RESIDENCE ONLY. If you're from ABROAD, make sure your card has VISA / MASTERCARD logos)

UnionBank is one of the affiliate banks in the Philippines that is able to link with PAYPAL and PAYZA account to withdraw your earnings into Peso. And Union Bank does not need any minimum balance requirements. However, one must pay Php 350.00 to open a Union Bank EON CARD.

 We will be paid by the PTC companies through our PAYPAL and PAYZA. Unionbank Eon Debit Card will be used if you want to withdraw your earnings from your Paypal or Payza account. But if you don't have yet a Unionbank Eon Debit card it's okay, your money is still in Paypal or Payza accounts.

 HOW TO APPLY FOR UNION BANK EON DEBIT CARD?

 Visit their ONLINE APPLICATION PAGE:



After filling up the Application, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions how to claim your EON card.


 Then go to your nearest UnionBank branch bring at least any of your 2 valid ID's such as:
  • Passport
  • Current Driver's License ID
  • Permit to Carry Firearms
  • New Social Security System card (SSS ID)
  • Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) eCard
  • Professional Regulation (PRC) ID
  • New Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Postal ID
  • National Statistics Office (NSO) Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • NSO authenticated Marriage Certificate
  • Original and Unexpired National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance
  • Police Clearance
  • Digitized Voter's ID
  • Philhealth Card
  • Office of Senior Citizen's Affairs (OSCA) / Senior Citizen's Card
  • ACR Identity Card ( I-Card)
  • Consular ID
  • Barangay Certificate
  • Philippine Overseas Employment Association (POEA)
  • Overseas Worker's Welfare Administration (OWWA)
  • OFW ID
  • Seaman's book
  • Government Issued Office ID (e.g. Armed Forces of the Philippines, Home Development Mutual Fund (HMDF) ID
  • Certification from the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP)
  • Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
  • PRA Special Resident Retiree Visa (SRRV) ID
  • Student's ID
Then ask the teller at UNIONBANK that you will apply for a Union Bank EON Debit Card. They will give you a form to fill up. Just tell the teller that it will be for Personal Use and you just wanted to have an EON card.

 After this, wait for 3 to 5 working days to claim your card in the branch you applied for.
